MSc Course Coastal and Fluvial Systems
The MSc course Coastal and Fluvial Systems is a two-year programme (120 ECTS). The course offers a fundamental and policy-oriented knowledge of the processes and phenomena that determine the morphodynamic behaviour of coastal and river systems. The student can focus on coasts or rivers. The program comprises 6--8 theory units (45--60 ECTS each), a research project and thesis (including a field trip) (45 ECTS) and a traineeship (max. 30 ECTS).

All courses are 7.5 ECTS, unless specified otherwise.
The MSc program is open to students with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Earth Sciences, Natural Sciences or Civil Engineering. The starting date is 1 September every year.
